锡纸大虾

- 配菜
- 金针菇撕开
- 芹菜切滚刀块
- 洋葱切丝
- 酱!!重要
- 生抽
- 豆豉酱
- 剁椒
- 胡椒粉(少量)
- 芝麻油
- 蚝油
- (也可)少量番茄酱
- 加几勺水混起来拌匀备用
- 用铸铁锅或熟铁锅,不要用有涂层的锅。锡纸对折铺在锅里。
- 配菜垫底,铺上大虾,均匀倒入酱
- 锡纸折起来包住菜。开中火,盖上锅盖,煮10-15min
- 关火,等蒸汽散去解开锡纸
